Overview
At Huff and Puff Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Important: Due to health and safety regulations, certain tobacco and smoking-related products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Items Exempt from Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for health, safety, and legal reasons:
- Tobacco products – Including cigarettes, cigars, loose tobacco, and chewing tobacco
- E-liquids and vaping products – Once opened or used
- Glass pipes and water pipes – Once used or showing any residue
- Rolling papers – Once the package is opened
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable goods such as food items
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our Vadnais Heights location, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@huffandpuffmn.com
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more cannot be refunded. Regular sale items may be refunded within the 14-day period if they meet all other return criteria.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@huffandpuffmn.com and bring your item to our store location or send it to:

In-Store Exchanges: For your convenience, you may bring eligible items directly to our Vadnais Heights location during business hours for immediate exchange or refund processing.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Huff and Puff Smoke Shop is not responsible for items lost in transit and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@huffandpuffmn.com or call us at (651) 502-2296. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
